There are three different workshops, to meet different needs you might have. Beginner and Intermediate are meant to be teached to small groups, up to four people. Advanced classes, however, are one to one sessions, due to the more complex, geeky nature of the teachings.

All workshops are "hands on", so have your water and your flour ready! Scroll down to read more details about the content of each workshop and to book yours.

For all levels, the indicated time is an approximation, I will always be happy to stay together a bit longer 😀
